PROCESSING TIME

The processing time for your order is between 2-8 weeks. If there isn't a high volume of orders, they will be sent out in 3-5 business days. Since I make, pack and ship out orders entirely myself, please be patient as I fulfill the orders!

Can I return my item for a refund? 
Returns, refunds and/or cancellations are currently not allowed for online purchases.
All sales are final. If you have a problem with your order, feel free to reach out to me!

Legnails ships worldwide. 
If you do not see your country on here, please check the USPS website to see if your country has any shipping restrictions. If not, feel free to email me and I'll add it to the list!
*Nail shipping times are dependent on location and shipping preference selected at checkout. 
USA: 1-2 WEEKS
INTERNATIONAL: 2-6+ WEEKS

 

LOST PACKAGES

Legnails is not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. We are responsible for your package only up until the point it is picked up by the mail carrier.

We do not have control of the shipping timeline of your package once it leaves our doors. It is the responsibility of the customer to track, locate packages or contact the mail carrier to submit a claim.

Please note that Legnails is not responsible for international taxes duty and/or customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.
